Geospatial Platform Development

Associate, Development Team 2, Platform Development Department, Platform Development Division

I develop both Vue 3, TypeScript, and OpenLayers frontends and Spring Boot, MyBatis, and PostgreSQL backends for geospatial public systems and national R&D, from Web GIS and administrative APIs to GeoDCAT/RDF, OGC services, and Kafka/GeoJSON integration.

What I worked on

  • Developed the Vue and OpenLayers Web GIS, Spring Boot and MyBatis operational APIs, and HWP, Excel, and PDF output for the Small-Scale Public Facility Management System (Feb. 29, 2024–Feb. 28, 2025).
  • Performed full-stack development and V&V for the Digital Land Information Technology Development Project (R&D) (Apr.–Oct. 2025), covering the Vue and OpenLayers catalog and map UI, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL/JSONB APIs, Jena RDF, and GeoTools and Kafka integration.
  • Supported development work for a growth-management planning project and an internal system-integration project.

Work record

Since January 2, 2024, I have worked as an Associate in Development Team 2 of the Platform Development Department. My work spans frontend and backend platform development for public and geospatial-information systems and research-and-development projects.

Main engagements

  • Small-Scale Public Facility Management System (Feb. 29, 2024–Feb. 28, 2025): Built web-map and facility, inspection, maintenance-plan, construction, compensation, and dashboard interfaces with Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, and OpenLayers, plus domain APIs, authorization and external geospatial linkage, and HWP, Excel, and PDF output with Java 8, Spring Boot 2.7, MyBatis, and PostgreSQL.
  • Digital Land Information Technology Development Project (R&D) (Apr.–Oct. 2025): Built catalog management, RDF-document, QGIS-use, and WMS, WFS, OGC Map Tiles, and TOC interfaces with Vue 3, TypeScript, and OpenLayers. Developed the four-level catalog API, Jena RDF/Turtle, GeoTools data validation, and Kafka-to-GeoJSON integration with Java 17, Spring Boot 3.4, MyBatis, and PostgreSQL/JSONB, and supported integrated-testbed V&V and demonstration preparation.
  • Other work: Supported development work for a growth-management planning project and an internal system-integration project.
