Analytics is off by default. Self-hosted Umami measures public page usage only after permission. You can withdraw permission in settings anytime.
Contact information
The name, reply email, inquiry type, and message submitted through the contact form are kept in the site's private data store and delivered to the operator's private email for review and reply.
Usage analytics
The operator-managed Umami server counts predefined public paths, browser/language information and anonymous visits. Account identifiers, search text, raw URLs, messages, cookies and session replay are excluded. The receiving server uses the connection IP and User-Agent to distinguish anonymous visits.
Satisfaction survey
The footer survey keeps only a 0–10 score, an anonymous submission identifier, and the submission time in SQLite for 90 days. The request IP is used temporarily only for an in-memory abuse limit and is not stored in the database. The submission time is stored in the browser for 90 days to reduce duplicate participation.
